John’s practice includes agribusiness planning for farm families, corporations, LLC’s, and other farm entities. He also advises on planning with Federal farm programs administered by FCIC, FSA and NRCS. John also focuses on the related transactional work including farm leases, land sales, and easements. He is involved with advising clients in areas of estate planning, probate, and Medicaid, which includes gift and estate tax planning for his clients. He is a member of Adams, Lincoln, and Whitman County Bar Associations.
John and his wife Kellie have chosen to make their home in Ritzville and are active in the community. John is an active member of the Ritzville Lions Club and the Ritzville Golf Association and a board member of the Ritzville Chamber of Commerce.
